Do’s & Don’ts for Branded Workwear

To help us produce the best possible embroidery or print finish, please follow these simple artwork guidelines when sending your logo to ARX.

Do’s

  • Send your logo in the highest quality file you have.
  • Use vector files where possible, such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF.
  • Provide a transparent PNG if vector artwork is not available.
  • Include any brand colours, fonts or logo usage rules.
  • Tell us where you would like the logo placed on each garment.
  • Check spelling, phone numbers, web addresses and any small text.
  • Ask us for advice if you are unsure whether embroidery or print is best.

Don’ts

  • Don’t send screenshots or low-resolution images where avoidable.
  • Don’t use images copied from social media or websites as final artwork.
  • Don’t stretch, squash or distort your logo before sending it.
  • Don’t include very small text that may not embroider clearly.
  • Don’t assume every design works equally well on every garment.
  • Don’t send artwork with unclear colours or poor contrast.
  • Don’t worry if you are unsure — ARX can review your artwork before production.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We can supply single garments as well as larger uniform orders. However, larger quantities often provide better value and consistency across your team.

Can I order a mix of sizes?
